Quickstart Guide
Deploy Lussent ERP from zero to production in 4 structured phases. This guide walks you through company setup, data migration, module configuration, and go-live cutover.

Phase 1Day 1–2
Company & Instance Setup

- Create your company profile — name, address, logo, and primary currency
- Set up your fiscal year and accounting periods
- Configure the chart of accounts (or import from your legacy system)
- Add users and assign access rights (Admin, Manager, User roles)
- Configure multi-company structure if applicable
- Set up email servers (SMTP/IMAP) for notifications
Phase 2Day 3–7
Data Import & Migration

- Export data from your legacy ERP (Softland, SAP, TOTVS, etc.) in CSV/Excel format
- Prepare data templates for: Customers, Vendors, Products, Opening Balances
- Import using Lussent's guided import wizard with field mapping
- Validate imported records — check for duplicates, missing fields
- Import historical transactions (optional, for reporting continuity)
- Run data integrity checks and reconcile opening balances
Phase 3Week 2–3
Module Configuration

- Activate modules relevant to your business (Finance, CRM, Inventory, etc.)
- Configure tax rates and fiscal positions for your country
- Set up product categories, units of measure, and price lists
- Define warehouse locations and replenishment rules
- Configure approval workflows for POs, invoices, and expenses
- Set up payment terms, payment methods, and bank accounts
- Configure email templates and automated actions
Phase 4Week 4
Go-Live & Cutover

- Run parallel operations — keep legacy system active during testing
- Train end users with Lussent's built-in guided tours and this documentation
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with real scenarios
- Freeze data in legacy system and perform final data sync
- Execute cutover: activate Lussent ERP as primary system
- Monitor for 2 weeks post-launch with Lussent support team on standby
