Own the platform that teams use to build, evaluate, and operate AI agents in production.
You’ll drive roadmap, discovery, and execution across evaluation, safety, observability, and governance—balancing speed and control for enterprise customers.
Role Overview
- Set product strategy and roadmap for the agent platform.
- Define KPIs, run experiments, and synthesize insights into decisions.
- Partner with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver increments.
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows and pain points.
- Advocate for quality and reliability across the product surface.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management with developer or data products.
- Demonstrated ability to ship 0→1 and 1→N platform features.
- Comfort with technical concepts (APIs, auth, observability, data models).
- Strong writing and communication; customer-obsessed.
Bonus
- Background in ML/LLM products, MLOps, or data platforms.
- Experience in highly regulated or enterprise settings.
